1. Cut the glass into pieces, remove the seeds and eat.
2. Place the watermelon chunks in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the pureed garrison into a large pot or saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Advertisement:4. Once cooked, reduce the heat and cook the garpon for about 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and looks like jam.
5. Check the jam and stir it frequently as it thickens to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the jar.
6. When the garmelon juice rises, remove it from the stove and wait for it to cool completely.
7. Put the cooled jam in jars or storage containers and store it in the refrigerator.
