- In another pan, heat butter over medium-low heat.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a tablespoon of water, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the eggs into the pan, stirring gently until scrambled and fluffy.
Step 5: Combine and Serve
- Plate the noodles and top them with the scrambled eggs.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, extra green onions, cilantro, and sliced red chilies if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
