69 g (1/2 cup) flour (divided into 4 tbsp and 65 g)
3 eggs (1 whole, 2 separated)
120 ml (1/2 cup) water
55 g (1/4 cup) butter
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
200 g (1 cup) cream cheese
Icing sugar, for dusting
