Instructions:

  1. Prepare Cereal:
    • Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Melt and Mix:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, pistachio butter, and unsalted butter.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
    • Stir in vanilla extract and a few drops of green food coloring if using.
  3. Coat the Cereal:
