Instructions:

- Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the White Chocolate Peppermint Filling
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until smooth and creamy.
