– 30 g of butter
– 20 g of sugar
– 1 small egg
– 280 g of flour
– 1/2 sachet of baker’s yeast

For the filling:
– 2 egg yolks
– 20 g of cornstarch
– 60 g of caster sugar
– 25 cl of milk
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
– 100 g of chocolate chips
– + 1 egg yolk for glazing
