Step 1: Prepare the apples
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.

Step 2: Mix the liquid ingredients
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and vanilla essence.
Add 120 g of sugar and continue beating until the mixture is frothy.
Step 3: Add the dry ingredients
Add 100 ml of seed oil and 50 ml of milk to the egg and sugar mixture.
Add 180 g of sifted flour and 10 g of baking powder.
Mix until smooth.
