Cleaning the toilet with lemon peel
Advertisement:Lemon peels can be used to disinfect toilets. They quickly eliminate dirt and bad odors. However, baking soda and vinegar can be added to lemon peels, especially in case of stubborn dirt.
Among the properties of lemon, we can cite its hygienic and anti-grease properties, but not only that: it also whitens. So much so that it is often used to whiten not only surfaces but also fabrics.
The peels you need are those of four lemons. You can use the juice for cooking. While you need the peels, you will need to place them in a bowl with half a liter of cool water. The mixture should be stirred for two minutes, then filtered into a bottle using a sieve.
At this point you need to sprinkle the bowl with baking soda. Only then can you pour the mixture obtained previously. The solution will be able to act immediately and will be helped by the use of the toilet brush. At this point, turn off the toilet and let the solution work overnight.

Don’t forget to leave it on and rinse well afterwards. You will never have to use chemicals again and you will save a lot of money.
