To eliminate bad odors inside, it is also recommended to run an empty rinse cycle with baking soda and white vinegar . Both are effective for keeping the device clean for a long time. That’s how it’s done:

Add bicarbonate of water to both the rinse and pre-rinse compartments.

Pour the white vinegar into the fabric softener area.

Set the temperature to 90 degrees and run an empty wash cycle.

At the end of the procedure it is disinfected and free of any contamination. To complete the cleaning process, take a dry towel and clean the seal from the inside and the porthole as well. The device is always efficient and immaculate!
