1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your 22×22 cm baking mold with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined and slightly frothy.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
