THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

For the pie crust:

1 1/4 Cups.Of all-purpose flour

1/2 Tsp.Of salt

1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter, chilled and cubed

3-4 Tbsp.Of ice water

For the filling:

1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

1 1/2 Cups.Of granulated sugar

3 Tbsp.Of all-purpose flour

3 large eggs, beaten

1 Cup.Of buttermilk

1 Tsp.Of pure vanilla extract

1 Tbsp.Of lemon juice

1 Tbsp.Of lemon zest (optional)
