10. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
11. Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam) and serve the delicious sausage and potato mixture straight from the foil.
