Recipe: Sausage & Potato Foil Packet
Ingredients:
1 package (14 ounces) of sausage of choice, sliced
3 cups of potatoes, diced or sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon each of Italian seasoning, dried basil, and dried parsley
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, divided into portions
Optional: 2 cups carrots, sliced
