1 onion

4 garlic cloves

1 green bell pepper

1 cup celery

1 head green cabbage

1 can diced tomatoes

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup of water

1 cup uncooked brown basmati rice

1 tbsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp black pepper.
