2 onions, diced
1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
200 grams of mushrooms, sliced
Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Mashed Potatoes:
~6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
Water, for boiling
Salt, to taste
~200 grams of Suluguni cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
Butter, to taste
Warm milk, to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Pork:
Preheat your oven to 180-190°C (350-375°F).
Season the pork with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Ensure the seasoning is well distributed on both sides of the meat.
Place the seasoned pork on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
