However, later, someone noticed the wrecked home and made the decision to buy it. He spent a lot of time and money preserving this important piece of architectural history and transforming it into a magnificent home.

From how it looked to what he made it out to be, it’s truly hard to believe.
It did get a lot of work, time and money, but he transformed the ruin into a cozy and warm house.
