- 2 Steaks – I used 10 ounce strip steaks

- Salt pepper, & garlic powder
- Steak Seasoning I like using Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning
- 4 TBSP of butter
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of dried parsley
