INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for topping
