Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
1/4 cup warm water (110°F or 43°C)
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
Extra melted butter for brushing
