7 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 cups chicken stock

2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 cups milk

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup chopped chives

Salt, pepper, and 1 tsp granulated garlic (to taste)
