1️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Garlic and Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
3️⃣ Combine and Flavor:
Return the steak bites to the skillet with the shrimp.
Sprinkle with paprika and stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, tossing everything to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
4️⃣ Serve:
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley.
Enjoy as-is or pair with rice, mashed potatoes, or a crisp side salad.
Chef’s Tips:
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or a squeeze of fresh lemon for a zesty twist.
Substitute Worcestershire sauce with balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness.
