- Stir Until Smooth: Add butter and stir until the ganache is smooth and glossy.
Assemble the Cake:
- Place one cake layer on a serving plate.
- Spread a layer of ganache over the top.
- Add the second cake layer and cover the entire cake with ganache.
- Use an offset spatula for a smooth finish.
