- Shape the Meatloaf:
- Transfer the meat mixture into the loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
- Prepare the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf before baking.
- Bake the Meatloaf:
- Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf, spread the remaining glaze on top, and return to the oven.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest and Serve:
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a side of green beans for a classic meal!
