Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter

Step 3: Assemble the Lava Brownies
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- Take the chilled chocolate lava filling and scoop out small portions, placing them evenly over the batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, spreading it gently to cover the chocolate filling.
Step 4: Bake the Brownies
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center should be slightly gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
- Carefully cut into squares and serve warm.
- Dust with powdered sugar, or top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
