Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt (preferably full-fat or Greek yogurt for richness)
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour if preferred)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
Instructions:
