PREPARAZIONE

Dividete la pasta frolla in 2 palle, copritele con la pellicola e mettetele in frigo per 30 minuti.
Schiacciate una palla di frolla nello stampo circolare.
Per preparare lo strato di yogurt: mescolate lo yogurt con lo zucchero, 30g di farina e gli albumi montati. Mescolate bene.
Versate lo strato di yogurt nello stampo e grattugiate la seconda palla di pasta frolla.
Infornate a 180° per 35 minuti.
Spolverate lo zucchero a velo sulla torta.
