Step 4: Let the Chia Seeds Work Their Magic
Transfer the mixture into a jar or an airtight container. Stir one more time to distribute the chia seeds evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Step 5: Stir and Serve
Before serving, give the pudding a good stir to break up any lumps. Top with sliced bananas, crushed peanuts, and a drizzle of peanut butter for extra flavor and texture. Enjoy chilled!
