3. Now place in the roasting tube (or a covered pan) with 1 cup of water and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 2 hours.
Then let it crisp for another 20 minutes without the pan or the pan lid.
– This roast is very good with bread, but also with potatoes and vegetables. Ideal for parties because the roast stays warm for a long time in the oven and improves over time.
