How to Clean a Washing Machine Filter Each
washing machine model has a small door that, depending on the type, can be located in different places on the appliance. Basically, in most cases, the door is located at the front, right at the bottom.
The door we’re talking about is used to hide the washing machine’s filter, where water accumulates. Proper maintenance and cleaning of the filter helps improve the washing performance of the appliance. This way, you always get clean and fragrant laundry. To maintain a high level of performance, empty and wash the filter thoroughly every 3 to 4 months. Of course, the frequency of filter cleaning can also vary depending on the number of washes.
If you don’t perform this maintenance, it’s also possible that the filter could break over time due to excessive water accumulation. To avoid damaging the appliance and consequently the washing, we recommend checking the filter immediately.
