Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel (this helps them sear better) and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Cook the Steak:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak cubes in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan).
Cook the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness (medium-rare to medium is recommended for tenderness).
