Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes if using, and salt and pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until well mixed.
3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for 10-15 minutes; if you have time, you can refrigerate them for 30 minutes for a more in-depth flavor.
4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
