Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas with the milk.
Blend:
Blend until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little honey or sugar to taste.
Cook the mixture:
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture thickens and has a pudding-like consistency.
Chill:
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into small ramekins or a large bowl.
Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
