2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
6. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
