For the Mushroom Gravy:

1/4 cup butter

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

4 ounces beef stock

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
