For minced meat:
500 grams of minced meat
2-3 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
1 hot pepper
2 green peppers
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 cup of water
2-3 sprigs of mint
