6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini until golden brown on both sides, about 5 to 7 minutes per side over medium-low heat.
7. Once golden brown, remove the zucchini from the pan and place them on paper towels.
8. In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped garlic with the dill and cold boiled water; use this mixture to season the zucchini before serving.
