3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 2 lemons
