SAN MARZANO TOMATOES 1 kg
WHITE WINE VINEGAR 2 tablespoons
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL qb
FINE SALT qb
FRESH PARSLEY qb
GARLIC qb
How to prepare sun-dried tomatoes in oil:
Step 1
First, wash and dry the tomatoes well. Then cut them in half lengthwise and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, cut side up. Season them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and bake in a static oven at 120°C for about 10 hours.
Step 2
You will understand that the tomatoes are ready when they have lost all the vegetation water and the skin appears slightly curled.: transfer them to a glass container or on a rack and let them cool completely.
