Ingredients:
2 eggs
25g cocoa powder
3 ripe bananas
5g baking powder (optional)
Banana slices or nuts for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat while you prepare the dessert.
Prepare the bananas: Peel the bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Mash them well with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
Add the eggs: Crack the eggs into the bowl with the mashed bananas. Beat the mixture well until completely combined and slightly frothy.
Optional baking powder: If you want a slightly fluffier texture, add the baking powder and mix well.
Bake the dessert: Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
