2 celery stalks, chopped
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 cup (240ml) red wine (or beef broth if avoiding alcohol)
2 cups (480ml) beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 bay leaf
