Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt.
Cut the bread: Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and place it on the baking sheet, cut-side up.
Spread the butter: Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over both halves of the bread.
Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the top.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil (optional): For a crispy golden top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh coriander/parsley and chili flakes. Slice and enjoy warm!
