- Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or speed up the process by placing the pan in the refrigerator.
- Cut and Serve:
- Once the chocolate is fully set, lift the Twix cookie slab out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into bars or squares.
