2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder I used Café Bustelo
3/4 cup salted butter cut into 3 pieces
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 10-oz package dark chocolate chips or 12-oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl or on a large paper plate.
