Boil water in a pot

Add four tablespoons of baking soda

Add twelve bay leaves

Leave on the stove for about fifteen minutes to allow the white powder to completely dissolve

Let the solution stand until it cools completely

Pour the solution into a basin of water

Soak faded clothing in it for a whole day

Machine wash or hand wash
