There are good tricks to follow that allow us to soften tight shoes: just wear them with   several layers of socks   . The pressure exerted on the shoes allows them to spread. Simply take some bags used to wrap foods for freezing and fill them with water to put in your shoes. The bags should be arranged so that they adhere to the walls.

Next, you have to   put the shoes in the refrigerator:   the ice has a volume that pushes against the walls of the shoes to widen them. It is a simple and easy to apply method, suitable for stretching plastic, leather and canvas shoes.

Another valid trick to enlarge shoes is to use   a hair dryer   : with heat it is possible to expand the material of the shoe. Once the shoes are warm, you can put them on and walk in them until they take the proper shape.

To widen your shoes, you can use  oat   or   wheat grains   . Once the shoes are full, water must be added to make them swell. Just wait a whole night, then you can dry them and wear them comfortably.
