Yes, cinnamon rolls can be frozen! Unbaked rolls can be frozen by cutting them as directed but not allowing them to rise. Freeze in
a single layer for up to two weeks, tightly wrapped. Thaw in the fridge overnight when ready to use. Bring to room temperature
the next morning and allow to double in size. Bake according to package directions. Bake and cool baked rolls before freezing.
