In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks, and drain excess fat as needed.
Season the beef with taco seasoning, following the instructions on the packet. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add salsa and mix thoroughly.
Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of a tortilla. Add a portion of the ground beef and top with cheese.
Roll the tortilla up like a burrito and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with a bit of the remaining cheese. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
