1 chopped yellow onion

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter

24 egg roll wrappers

12 slices of your favorite cheese, cut in half (Provolone or American works great)

3/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
