Toast the hamburger buns with a little melted butter in a separate frying pan until they reach a color somewhere between golden and light brown. While the patties are still cooking on the griddle, you may top each one with a piece of cheese if you so like. To facilitate the melting of the cheese, cover the pan with a lid.

Advertisement:Put some of your favorite toppings on the bottom of each toasted bun. Place a burger on top of the onions, then caramelize them. You may top your sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, or any other ingredients you choose. Put the top half of the bread on it, and serve it while it’s still hot
