1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
5.5 tbsp butter- softened
1/2 c sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
3/4 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
-For the streusel topping:
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c flour
3 tbsp butter-chilled and cubed
